Coordinate Corner 9 : Recent Looks

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delays in my postings. Working full time and moving have taken their toll and I am just exhausted all the time =( I really want to get back into this blog! So I am here to share a few recent outfits!

First let's start with something out of my normal style 

Are those Mint Shorts? Why yes they are! I love the mint color this year it caught my eye and I just fell in love with it! I can definitely corporate these into my more rocker style by dressing it with greys and blacks!

Coordinate Corner 8: Cell Snaps!

Hey everyone! Sorry I have been lacking on the updates recently. The Kawaii.i Contest has about 1 day left to go and I really appreciate all the votes I have gotten! In case you haven't voted yet...

Anyway on to the premise of this post. I have been taking a lot of work coordinates recently. To basically showcase how I do/get to dress at work! I apologize that all of these are taken with my cellphone and in my mirror but please enjoy my Cell Snap Coords!

For this look I put my short sleeve button down under a tee and rolled the sleeves and added cute suspenders and accessorized with a bowtie necklace I made =3

Outfit Breakdown:

For this look I bought a shorter t-shirt and paired it with a longer tank top and as always shorts and boots!

Shorts: Originally jeans from Hottopic that I modified with paint and studs. I don't remember the price

Boots: Forever21 / $35.00

For this outfit I was going for an old school Brit Punk look. I tied a plaid shirt around my waist and wore the suspenders hanging down over it for a layered look.

Sex Pistols T-shirt: H&M / $14.95

Red Plaid Shirt: H&M / $20.00

Shorts: Originally jeans from Hottopic that I modified into shorts. I don't remember the price.

Studded High Tops: Demonia / I THINK they were $40.00

This outfit I pretty much pieced together but I really like how it turned out! I will always rock the fox tail even in summer! =D

Green Mesh Tank: Forever21 / I can't remember the price but it was cheap =P

Rocker Jean Jacket: Zen Mall in Shibuya / I am going to guess that this was about 5000 yen so like $50.00

Shorts: Originally Jeans from Yesstyle.com I made them into shorts I can't remember the price.

Boots: Forever21 / $35.00

I love being able to dress how I want for work it's nice to get to express myself and share my fashion with the masses =P

Coordinate Corner 7: FLASH BACK COORDS!

Hey everyone! Sorry for my lack of updates recently. I have been quite busy with work! Loving every minute of it though! 

Today I thought I would share some older coordinates with you all! Let's go back in time =P

First flashback coordinate, we'll call this one Jean Jack. 

This is from about 2 years ago or so. Just after I got back from my Japan 2009 Trip.

I really like this look a lot, it's a shame I can't wear shades all the time! I love the rocker look.

Coordinate Corner 6: Crown and Skull

Hi everyone! I seem to be on a roll with these coordinate corners! I am back today with another Coordinate Corner! This one I am calling Crown and Skull.

I tried a new camera angle to take these and honestly, I like it a lot better than what I was doing. I think I'll continue the trend with future CC posts. I literally pieced this outfit together in less than a minute. Sometimes I can think of really good outfits quickly and other times I will stand in front of my closet for HOURS and won't be able to find anything decent haha.

Now let's get to the Outfit Breakdown!

Shoes: Hottopic.com: I THINK they were $35.99 The brand is DEMONIA which specializes in Gothic Footwear but just goes to show you can incorporate these kind of things into Gyaru-O style!

Jeans: Yesstyle.com: These were a STEAL at $20.00

Skull Tank: H&M Women's Section: I can't remember the exact price but I think it was around $15.00

Hooded Shirt: ZEN MALL in Shibuya Japan. It was in a set with a tank top so I don't know it's original price.

This is totally my favorite style, ROCK! It definitely suits me the best I would say!

Coordinate Corner 5 : Ripped Rock

Hello Everyone! I'm back with another Coordinate Corner!

I want to apologize for being so sparse with my coordinate posts but I am trying to get better!

So today I present you with a new coordinate! I call it Ripped Rock. I love naming these looks haha

I paired my favorite Ripped Tank with a cool green 3/4 sleeve shirt I have been wanting to wear. I like how it turned out.

Here is a back view of the outfit. I KNOW that the fur trend is totally over but I just love throwing in my fox tail here and there. Until it warms up, then it is back in the closet until next winter. It's a shame it's been quite rainy and cold here for the past week but it's sunny out today!

Coordinate Corner 4 : Shorts and Skulls

Hey everyone! I am back with another Coordinate Corner! Today Miri and I went to the Mall Of America for some fun hang out time! These outfit pictures were actually taken after I got back but nonetheless this was my outfit for the day!

I am calling this one Shorts and Skulls =3

Even though it was a bit cold today I decided to try the Leggings under shorts look, I REALLY love this look in the summer, I usually bunch the leggings up more so they just barely show out of the bottom of the shorts. Since today was quite chilly I wore them all the way down.

Shorts: Hottopic: $35.99 they were so expensive because originally they were jeans. I turned them into cutoffs. I am so crafty, I love making new clothes out of old clothes!

I also added the scarf on the side which I borrowed from Miri. I thought the look needed a little something in the middle to break it up. I have seen the Leggings and Shorts look in Men's Egg for awhile and this coordinate was inspired by an outfit I saw in this month's Men's Egg.

Hey everyone I am back with another Coordinate Corner!

Today's Look I decided to rock possibly my favorite Gyaru-O Style.

This Style has everything I love, Leather Rider Jacket, Layered Shirts Big Blingy Jewelry, Awesome Destroyed Jeans and cool boots! Definitely my style! I love the foxtail accessory. Too bad the trend is over after the winter =(   Oh well! then it's on to the next trend =D

Coordinate Corner 2 : BRITISH ROCK

Hey everyone I am back with another coordinate corner.

I am calling this look BRITISH ROCK

It's almost spring time here so I can finally start wearing lighter layers! It was an exceptionally nice day today! This coordinate was inspired by British Punk, with the Jean Jacket, Union Flag top, and lace up combat boots!

I really like this look a lot! It mixes my favorite patterns and styles! Jean Jacket the Union Jack Flag and patchy jeans but also with some rock accessories! The union jack tank is definitely the focal point. It's actually quite thin so I paired it with another tank underneath.

I am calling this one ROCK purple!

Unfortunately I still haven't gotten my thinner frames yet so I am trying to wear them even with my more rock coordinates, I think they still look pretty cool!

With this outfit I layered up with a tank and a scarf around my waist to break up the outfit and add another layer! I absolutely LOVE layering and living in MN you kind of have to!

As with my last outfit I am wearing the boots I purchased from Forever 21, I wanted to show how they can go with different looks but still work!

First Coordinate Post! Coordinate Corner BETA: POP CUTES STYLE

Hey Everyone! Just here to show off my first Coordinate Post!

 I am calling this one Pop Cutes Style =P

As before I told you guys I am trying to incorporate more cute/preppy styles into my wardrobe.

So today I threw together a cute coordinate with Mickey and Minnie XD

Until I get my thinner frames I am going to change the way I dress everyday in order to incorporate the Larger Frames into my styles, I am sort of forced to dress more cute =P

Not that I mind, I love exploring new styles
